- All relevant information relating to your query
- Letters, receipts, paperwork, copies of forms, dates of phonecalls
Specific for debt advice
- Bank statements and all income information
- ALL debt statements and letters (e.g. credit cards, payday loans)
- Outgoings information – e.g. utility bills and mortgage or rents statements
- Payslips
- Council Tax forms
- Proof of identity
